Engagement Rate
Interactions (likes, comments, saves, shares) divided by reach — the percentage of people who saw your content and did something about it. Saves and shares weigh heaviest; they signal utility.
For agents, 3–6% is healthy; a save-heavy 2% beats a like-heavy 8% for actually generating clients.
Why it matters for your listings
Chase saves ("keep this checklist") and shares ("send to someone house-hunting") — those behaviors correlate with people who transact, not just people who scroll.
