Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Short version: we collect what we need to sell you courses, run Studio, and email you — nothing creepy.
What we collect
Your email and name when you opt in or purchase; payment details processed securely by Stripe (we never see full card numbers); photos you upload to Studio; and basic analytics (pages viewed, source of visit).
How we use it
To deliver courses and Studio, send you emails you signed up for (masterclass, onboarding, promotions), process payments, and improve the product. We use Anthropic’s API to power BOSS AI and photo classification, and fal.ai / Bunny to process and store Studio images.
Studio photos
Photos you upload are stored in a private storage zone and used only to produce your edits. They’re associated with your account and served through an access-checked proxy. We don’t sell or publish your listing photos.
Email & tracking
Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. We use GA4 for aggregate analytics if enabled. We don’t sell your personal data.
Your rights
Ask us to access or delete your data anytime at erik@reelestateboss.com. We honor GDPR/CCPA-style requests regardless of where you live.
