Built by an agent
who got tired of waiting.
Every tool an agent uses was built for somebody else — creators, marketers, photographers. Then handed sideways to real estate and called a solution.
The problem was never the tools.
The software was always good enough. Editing suites, generation engines, scheduling platforms — all of it exists and most of it works. The problem is that none of it knows what a listing is.
So an agent ends up as the integration layer. Export from one place, upload to another, remember which caption you already used, remember which phrase your broker told you never to write again. The work isn’t hard. It’s just fifteen small pieces of work, on every listing, forever.
Meanwhile the top 1% aren’t better at software. They just have someone else doing all of it.
That’s the whole thesis
Not “AI for real estate.” A content department, for the price of the software — so the agent who can’t justify a $4,000/month marketing hire competes with the one who can.
Four rules we don’t bend.
Honest numbers
If we say 52+ engines, 52+ engines are live today. If we say 17.3 seconds, that’s a measured number and not a marketing one. We’ve cut claims from this site for failing that test, including ones that were working.
Compliance isn’t optional
Every generated line runs a 21-rule fair-housing filter before it reaches you, and you can’t switch it off. A tool that helps you write faster and lets you write something actionable isn’t a tool, it’s a liability.
Your leads are yours
We don’t sell leads, buy leads, or route your enquiries anywhere. The business model is software you pay for — which means we’re never tempted to monetise the people who contact you.
Enhance the photo, not the property
Recovering a sky is photography. Removing a crack in the foundation is misrepresentation. Our engines are built to know the difference, and our courses teach where the line sits.
One agent, then a team.
REB started as a drone course because agents kept asking how the footage was made. It became software because teaching people to do the work faster still left them doing the work.
Real estate is the first vertical.
The craft engine underneath BOSS isn’t specific to property. It writes a cinematography brief, generates variants, scores them and finishes the winner — that works for a restaurant, a gym, a product launch.
What’s specific to real estate is everything around it: the fair-housing filter, the MLS formats, the lot lines, the language of a listing. That’s the part that took years and the part nobody else has.
So we’re going deep here before we go wide. An agent should never open a second tool.
Built by an agent, for agents.
