- •REB Developer API opened in request-access beta — /v1/generate + four real-estate recipes (listing enhance, lot trace, listing kit, cinematic reel).
- •Developer Console, docs portal, published rate card, API keys with spend caps, metered Stripe invoicing, and an MCP server so agents can drive the arsenal.
August 2026Studio
- •Listing Link Magic — drop a Zillow/Redfin/MLS link and Studio pulls the details + photos and builds your kit. Your first listing is on us.
- •Magic Reel — turn listing photos into a cinematic reel with a licensed music bed, no filming.
