Question 1

Do I need the newest iPhone or drone?

Accepted Answer

Nope — if your phone shoots video and you’ve got a starter drone (or none yet), you’re ready to roll. We’ll show you how to get pro-looking results from the gear already in your hand, and exactly what’s worth upgrading to later — only when you’re ready, never before.

Question 2

What if I’ve never made a reel in my life?

Accepted Answer

Perfect — that’s exactly who this is built for. We assume you’re starting from zero and walk you through it frame by frame, all the way to your first polished reel. No experience, no fancy gear, no problem. You’ll surprise yourself in the first week.

Question 3

I’m not tech-savvy. Will this be over my head?

Accepted Answer

Not a chance. We built this for busy agents, not editors or tech nerds. Everything’s taught in plain English, step by step, with the exact shortcuts we use every day. If you can post a story, you can absolutely do this.

Question 4

How long does it take to see results?

Accepted Answer

Fast — that’s the whole point. Both courses are built as 7-day crash courses, and most members post their first REB-style reel within a few days of starting. You’re here to get moving and win listings, not to sit through 40 hours of theory.

Question 5

Can I use this to get paid by other agents or builders?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — and a lot of our members do exactly that. Once you can shoot and edit content this good, other agents, builders, and local businesses will want to hire you. It’s one of the fastest ways to turn this into real extra income on the side.

Question 6

How long do I have access?

Accepted Answer

Forever. It’s one payment for lifetime access, and every future update we add lands in your account automatically — no renewals, no expiry, no catch.

Question 7

Is this only for listings, or personal brand too?

Accepted Answer

Both — and honestly that’s the magic. The same system that makes your listings look elite also builds a personal brand that pulls in buyers, sellers, and referrals long after the sign comes down.

Question 8

What’s the difference between the two courses?

Accepted Answer

7 Day Drone Mastery is your aerial and exterior game — cinematic drone shots that make a property look like a movie. iPhone Reel Estate Pro is everything you can shoot and edit on just your phone. Grab the bundle and you get both, plus the playbooks, templates, sound FX, and our community.

Question 9

How is this different from YouTube tutorials?

Accepted Answer

YouTube hands you a thousand random tips and no map. REB is the map. It’s a complete, in-order system built by a working real estate pro — the exact shots, settings, and edits, plus the templates that turn content into actual listings. No rabbit holes, no fluff.

Question 10

Do I need editing experience?

Accepted Answer

None at all. We start from zero and walk you through the exact editing workflow we use — most members go from never touching an editor to posting a clean, polished reel in their first few days.

Question 11

Is this only for real estate agents?

Accepted Answer

It’s built for agents first, but builders, investors, and creators use it too. If you need premium real estate content — or want to shoot it for others and get paid — you’re in exactly the right place.

Question 12

Which drone should I buy?

Accepted Answer

For most agents the DJI Mini 4 Pro is the sweet spot — under 250g, shoots 4K, and does true vertical for reels. Shooting twilight or larger estates? The Air 3S is a nice step up. We break it all down inside the course and in our free buying guide, so you never overspend.

Question 13

Do I need a gimbal for the iPhone course?

Accepted Answer

Nope. iPhone Action Mode plus the handheld technique we teach covers almost every listing. A gimbal is a nice extra for those slow, luxury glide shots — but it’s a want, not a need.

Question 14

What editing apps do you teach?

Accepted Answer

We teach in CapCut and Premiere Pro, and our transition presets drop right into Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut. We also show iPhone-native workflows so you can edit anywhere — even between showings.

Question 15

Is the drone course useful if I already fly?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. Experienced pilots usually get the biggest jump from the cinematic movements, camera settings, and editing — not the basics. Skip the fundamentals and go straight to the shots that actually sell a home.

Question 16

Are drone laws different in my state?

Accepted Answer

The FAA governs the flight itself, but some states layer on their own privacy and takeoff rules. Run your state through our free Drone Rules Checker for a plain-English answer in seconds — and always give the FAA a quick check before you fly.

Question 17

What is BOSS AI?

Accepted Answer

BOSS AI is REB’s super agent — the fastest way to market a listing. Paste a listing link (or just tell it what you want) and it reads the property, writes a costed plan you approve, then renders the whole package: enhanced photos, lot lines, cinematic reels, a full Listing Kit (flyer, social + story sets, captions), buyer/seller guides, emails, an AI listing website, and a 30-day content calendar — all brand-locked and fair-housing filtered. You never write prompts: it writes the cinematography brief, generates several versions, scores them on craft and keeps the best. One chat, one button — it runs the department for you. Lives at /studio/app/boss.

Question 18

What does a BOSS AI run cost in credits?

Accepted Answer

You see the exact credit estimate before anything runs — that’s the plan block, and nothing spends until you hit “Run it.” A typical listing blitz is the photo enhances (25 credits each) plus the Listing Kit (500 credits); the plan totals it up front and never spends more than a quarter of your balance without asking. Failed steps are refunded automatically. Every tier includes BOSS AI — Creator gets 10 runs a month, Agent and up are unlimited.

Question 19

Does BOSS AI post for me?

Accepted Answer

It drafts and schedules — publishing is always your button. BOSS AI will write your captions, build the assets, and lay out a posting calendar, but hitting “post” to your accounts stays in your hands. You stay in control of what goes live and when.

Question 20

What does BOSS AI do with my listing photos?

Accepted Answer

Upload your raw listing photos and BOSS AI hands them back MLS-ready in about a minute each — bright airy interiors, clear blue skies, green lawns, pulled windows, straightened verticals. Pro and Team plans also get aerial lot tracing. It’s like having a $500 photo editor on call, 24/7.

Question 21

What AI engines power BOSS AI?

Accepted Answer

A whole arsenal — not one model. Under the hood BOSS AI runs the same top-tier engines the best AI studios use: FLUX (including 1.1 Pro Ultra) and Google’s Nano Banana for images, FLUX Kontext for photo edits and staging, Seedream for photoreal architecture, and Kling, Veo, Seedance and Sora for cinematic video — plus Runway Gen-4.5 and Aleph for in-app footage editing and ElevenLabs for voiceovers. You pick the engine for the job (or let BOSS AI pick), and any job that fails is refunded in full. We wire in the newest models as they land, and anything not yet connected shows as “coming soon” until it’s live — so what you see is always what you can actually run. No other real-estate platform fields this many engines in one place.

Question 22

Is my first listing really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the whole run. Drop in a listing link or address and BOSS AI builds the full campaign on the house: enhanced photos, a branded Listing Kit, a cinematic reel, and a live listing site — no credits spent. You also get 5,000 free credits to keep creating in the à-la-carte tools after. No card tricks, no auto-charge; it’s the fastest way to see exactly what BOSS AI does on one of your own listings.

Question 23

Is the AI marketing fair-housing safe?

Accepted Answer

We build it that way on purpose. Every piece of generated marketing copy runs through a fair-housing filter that strips language implying a preferred buyer or steering, and BOSS AI’s photo edits correct light, color and sky without inventing or removing features — so your listings stay MLS-compliant and honest. You always review before anything goes out.

Question 24

Do I need BOSS AI to use the courses?

Accepted Answer

Not at all — the courses stand fully on their own and teach you to create everything by hand. BOSS AI is the optional AI shortcut for when you want listing-ready photos in a minute instead of an afternoon. Plenty of members run both; plenty start with just the courses.

Question 25

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Simple: 25 credits enhance a photo, and a lot trace is 50 credits. Your credits refresh every month — 5,000 on Agent, 15,000 on Pro, and 50,000 on Team — so there’s always plenty in the tank.

Question 26

Does BOSS AI change what the property actually looks like?

Accepted Answer

No — and that matters to us. BOSS AI corrects light, color, sky, lawn, and verticals; it never adds, removes, or fakes anything in the scene. Your marketing stays honest and MLS-compliant, always.

Question 27

Is there a founding discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes — founding members lock in 30% off for life with code FOUNDING30, plus a real say in the roadmap. Once the founding window closes, that’s it — so it’s worth grabbing while it’s open.

Question 28

Can I cancel BOSS AI anytime?

Accepted Answer

Anytime, no drama. You keep your access and remaining credits through the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you’re simply never billed again.

Question 29

What is the Listing Kit?

Accepted Answer

Paste in a listing — or just drop the MLS link — and Listing Kit hands you a full, brand-locked content pack in minutes: flyers, social graphics, scroll-stopping captions, and your Buyer, Seller, and CMA guides. It turns a two-hour marketing scramble into about two minutes, and everything comes out styled to your brand automatically.

Question 30

Does Listing Kit work from an MLS link?

Accepted Answer

Yep. Paste your MLS link (or the raw listing text) and it pulls the details and builds the whole pack around them — no retyping, no reformatting. You review, tweak if you want, and post.

Question 31

What is the Brand Kit?

Accepted Answer

Your Brand Kit is one brand profile — logo, colors, fonts, headshot, and contact info — that styles everything you create. Set it up once and BOSS AI, Listing Kit, and your Link Hub all pull from it, so every flyer, graphic, and reel comes out unmistakably you, no design work required.

Question 32

What is the Link Hub?

Accepted Answer

Link Hub is your own brand-locked mini-site and link-in-bio, live at reelestateboss.com/a/your-handle, with lead capture built in. Share one clean link across your socials — buyers and sellers who tap through land on a polished page styled by your Brand Kit, and their info comes straight to you.

Question 33

Is there a REB developer API?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the same engine that powers BOSS AI is available as a REST API. Grab a key from the Developer Console, and endpoints like listing-enhance, lot-trace, listing-kit and reel run the exact real-estate recipes behind the app. Jobs are async (submit → poll), outputs are yours to fetch, and every call is metered so you only pay for what you generate. Full docs live at /developers.

Question 34

Do you support MCP?

Accepted Answer

We do. REB ships a Model Context Protocol server so AI agents and MCP-aware tools can call the real-estate engines directly — enhance a photo, trace a lot, build a listing kit — as native tools in your own workflows. It’s the same auth and metering as the REST API.

Question 35

Can I use REB’s engines for another brand or business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The API is brand-agnostic — point it at any project you build. Owner/internal keys are available for running your own brands at cost, and customer keys come with spend caps so a runaway job can never surprise you. Fair-housing and MLS-disclosure guards apply at the API tier too.

Question 36

How does the pricing work — Bundle vs REB Pro vs Founding Lifetime?

Accepted Answer

Three simple layers. The Bundle is a one-time $297 and unlocks both flagship courses plus BOSS AI, Listing Kit, Brand Kit, and your Link Hub — the best place to start. REB Pro is an optional subscription from $29/mo that keeps your BOSS AI credits topped up when you’re generating a lot. And Founding Lifetime is a one-time $1,497 for All-Access forever — every course, every tool, and every future release the day it ships.

Question 37

What is REB Pro and do I need it?

Accepted Answer

REB Pro is a monthly subscription (from $29/mo) that refills the credits powering BOSS AI, lot traces, reels, and Listing Kit runs. If you market a handful of listings, the credits included with the Bundle go a long way — Pro is there for the heavy hitters who want more generation volume each month. Totally optional, cancel anytime.

Question 38

How does the partner (affiliate) program work?

Accepted Answer

Refer people to REB and earn 30% on what you send. Grab your unique link from the affiliates page, share it, and you’re credited for anyone who joins through it — a natural fit if you’re already telling other agents about REB. Real commission, never an income promise.

Question 39

What’s your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You’re covered. Courses come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — if it’s not for you, just email us within 14 days and we’ll refund you, no hoops and no hard feelings. BOSS AI you can cancel anytime; used credits aren’t refundable, but you won’t be billed again.

Question 40

Can I pay in installments?

Accepted Answer

For sure. At checkout the bundle offers 4 interest-free payments through Klarna or Afterpay, so you can get started now and spread it out.

Question 41

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

100%. Everything runs through Stripe — the same processor trusted by millions of businesses — so we never see or store your full card number.

Question 42

Do you offer team or brokerage pricing?

Accepted Answer

We do. The BOSS AI Team plan comes with 5 seats, and for larger brokerage licensing (courses plus BOSS AI seats) just email erik@reelestateboss.com and we’ll get you set up.
