Affiliate Agreement

The rules, in plain English.

This is the agreement between you and Reel Estate Boss when you join the affiliate program. We wrote it to be read, not to be survived. Effective July 19, 2026.

Section 1

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You join by creating a Reel Estate Boss account and activating a partner link from your partner dashboard. Owning a Reel Estate Boss product is not required.

One partner account per person or business. Creating multiple accounts to route your own purchases, split payout thresholds, or evade a termination is a breach of this agreement.

We may decline or remove any applicant at our discretion — including when your platform, audience, or promotional history conflicts with the standards in Section 6. Participation is a privilege we extend, not a right you acquire.

Section 2

Commission rates and what is excluded

You earn 30% of the amount actually paid on a qualifying referred sale, before taxes and processing fees, after any discount or coupon the buyer applied. A buyer using a 30%-off code reduces your commission proportionally — you earn a share of the real transaction, not the list price.

ProductPriceRateCommission
Reel Estate Boss® (the bundle)$297.0030%$89.10
7 Day Drone Mastery®$197.0030%$59.10
iPhone Reel Estate Pro®$197.0030%$59.10
Buyer, Seller & CMA Guides$27.0030%$8.10
Social Media Templates Bundle$17.0030%$5.10
REB Playbook + Hooks, POVs & 30-Day Challenge$47.0030%$14.10
Reel Estate Boss Bundle Upgrade$100.0015%$15.00

Excluded from commission: REB Studio subscriptions of every tier. Studio carries real recurring compute and AI cost per account, and a lifetime 30% would invert its margin. If we introduce a dedicated recurring rate, we will announce it before it takes effect. The bundle upgrade pays 15% because it is a partial-price offer to a customer who already bought.

Also excluded: taxes, shipping, refunded or partially refunded amounts, purchases made with account credit or comped access, and internal or test transactions. Rates may change with notice under Section 8; the rate in effect when the sale closes is the rate that applies.

Section 3

Attribution

When someone clicks your partner link we store a first-party cookie for 30 days. Any qualifying purchase they complete in that window is credited to you, including products you never mentioned.

First touch wins. If a buyer clicks your link and later clicks another partner’s link before purchasing, the commission stays with you for the full 30 days. Last click loses. The window does not reset on repeat clicks — it runs from the first click.

Attribution depends on the buyer’s browser. Cleared cookies, a different device, private browsing, or a checkout completed outside the window will break tracking, and an unattributed sale cannot be credited retroactively.

Self-referral is not eligible. Purchases you make through your own link — personally, through a household member, through a business you control, or on a client’s behalf — earn no commission and may be reversed after the fact.

Section 4

Payment terms

A commission is created as pending when the sale completes. It becomes available after a 30-day hold, which matches our refund window, so we never pay on a sale that gets returned.

Once your available balance reaches $50.00 you can request a payout from your dashboard. Payouts are sent by PayPal to the address on your partner profile, normally within 10 business days of an approved request. Balances under the minimum roll forward indefinitely — nothing expires.

You are responsible for supplying a correct payout address and for any fees or currency conversion your provider charges. Payouts sent to an address you gave us are your responsibility to recover.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner in the legal sense. You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn. Where the law requires it we may ask for tax documentation before releasing a payout.

Section 5

Refunds and chargebacks

A refund, partial refund, or chargeback voids the commission on that order. If it is still pending, it is removed. If it already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout, and if no future balance covers it we may invoice you for it.

Sustained refund or chargeback rates on your referrals are treated as a signal that the promotion oversold the product, and can lead to review or termination under Section 7.

Section 6

Prohibited practices

These are the ways to lose your account. They are not negotiable, and enforcement is not progressive — a serious violation can end the relationship the first time.

  • No bidding on REB brand terms in paid search. Do not buy "Reel Estate Boss," "7 Day Drone Mastery," "iPhone Reel Estate Pro," our domain, or close misspellings of any of them on Google, Bing, Meta, or any ad network. You may run paid traffic on your own generic or educational terms. You may not use our brand as your display URL, ad domain, or sitelink.
  • No spam. No unsolicited email, cold SMS, purchased lists, mass DM automation, comment spam, forum drops, or posting your link where you are not a genuine participant. Every message must respect CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and the platform’s own rules.
  • No false, misleading, or income-guarantee claims. Do not promise earnings, deal volume, follower counts, or GCI. Do not say "guaranteed," "make $X per month," or invent results, testimonials, screenshots, or credentials. Do not describe features we do not ship or attribute a client’s success to our product without their permission. Illustrative commission math must be labeled as illustrative.
  • No coupon-site abuse. Do not list your link on coupon, deal, or cashback aggregators; do not create or publish discount codes we did not issue you; do not run "REB coupon" or "REB discount" content built to intercept buyers who were already on their way to checkout.
  • No impersonating Reel Estate Boss. Do not present yourself as REB, our staff, or an official account. Do not clone our site, sales pages, or emails; do not register domains, handles, or app names containing our marks; do not run "official" support, giveaway, or ad accounts. You may use our name and supplied creative to describe what you are recommending — nothing further.
  • You must disclose the relationship (FTC). Every post, video, email, story, and page carrying your link needs a clear and conspicuous disclosure that you earn a commission — before the link, in the content itself, not buried in a bio, a hashtag pile, or a "more" fold. Platform disclosure tools are welcome but do not replace saying it plainly.
  • Real-estate promotion must be fair-housing-safe. Nothing you publish under this program may state a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any class protected where you operate. That covers copy, imagery, targeting parameters, and "ideal neighborhood/buyer/client" language. Follow your local licensing, MLS, and advertising rules too — those are yours to comply with, not ours.
  • No technical interference. No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, adware, toolbar or extension injection, typosquatting, or software that sets attribution without a deliberate click.

Section 7

Term and termination

This agreement starts when you activate a partner link and continues until either side ends it. You may leave at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, on notice to your account email.

If you leave voluntarily or we end the program without cause, you keep commissions already earned; cleared balances are paid on the normal schedule, and a final balance under the $50.00 minimum is paid out anyway rather than forfeited.

If we terminate you for a Section 6 violation or for fraud, unpaid and pending commissions tied to that conduct are forfeited, and we may reverse commissions already paid on affected orders.

On termination, stop using your links and our marks, and remove REB branding from your properties within a reasonable time. Attribution stops immediately — clicks after termination earn nothing.

Section 8

Changes to the program

We may update these terms, commission rates, excluded products, the cookie window, the hold period, or the payout minimum. Material changes take effect no sooner than 14 days after we post the updated terms and notify partners by email, and they are not retroactive — sales already closed keep the terms in force when they closed.

Continuing to promote after a change takes effect means you accept it. We may also pause or end the affiliate program entirely; if we do, earned commissions are honored under Section 7.

Housekeeping

This page is our affiliate agreement, not legal advice — it does not tell you what your own licensing body, brokerage, or jurisdiction requires of you, and you should get your own counsel if you need that. We may update these terms as described in Section 8; the effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Questions about the program go to hello@reelestateboss.com.

Effective July 19, 2026.
